Oven Finished Pulled Pork

I’ve heard about using your oven to rest the meat for a long period of time. In this case, I used the oven to finish my cook. I wanted to spare my wood supply. Once the meat is wrapped in foil, it won’t get any more smoke flavor. Heat is all that matters.
